Hello everybody who is interested in technical English!
The goal of this blog is to help in deevelopment of communication skills in technical English writing. Simultaneously enriching and enhancing your own vocabulary is supported too. One of the way for that should be The ViCTE Newsletter where technical texts from the area of computers and the Internet maybe from adjoining technical or technological fields are placed. Suitable exercises accompany the texts.

Dear Galina
I´ve just stumbled across your blog – congratulations, it´s full of very useful Tech English resources and information!
You might be interested to learn about IATET – the International Association of Technical English Trainers: http://www.iatet.com
We are a worldwide organisation (the emphasis is on the word “international”) and all our events are done online and our aim is to promote all types of Technical English training in as many places as possible.
Have you heard about the free Technical Word of the Week newsletter I offer? It´s designed for both students and teachers. The keyword is translated into German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. It also includes a pronunciation file, definitions, examples of use, videos and images, activity of the week (i.e. an exercise) and a resource of the week.
If you send me your email address, I´d be pleased to send you a couple of back issues and exercises: paul@thepyramidgroup.biz – the newsletter now goes out to subscribers in 47 countries.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Regards
Paul
